Richard Sutter, Director – Major Accounts, Sales, brings over 20 years of benefits, compliance, consultative sales and management experience to ERISAPros. For nine years, he held a Corporate Officer and Southeastern Sales VP role for Allstate Benefits, a major group and voluntary benefits insurer. There, he developed and led specialized worksite benefit sales channels and steered numerous company projects directed at creating additional revenue channels. Rick is an insurance CE instructor for ERISA compliance, and tax-advantaged benefit accounts (HSA, FSA, HRA). Rick has recent channel development experience in consulting roles with FLEETCOR, an Atlanta based global leader in business payments and a member of the S&P 500. There he structured and launched a national agency and MGA distribution program of fleet card technology and services through commercial insurance brokers. He has also enjoyed consulting roles with early-stage enterprises focused on medical care cost transparency and wellbeing. For several years, he established and grew a sales territory with TASC, a national benefits account management administrator. Rick is a graduate of Grove City College near Pittsburgh, PA. His interests and hobbies include theater acting, travel with family, reading suspense novels and stories of high intrigue, downhill skiing, and golf.
